Despite its flaws, a good copy in an attractive binding.

Title & [14] leaves of heavy stock, lithographed on 1 side only, with brief text on each leaf surrounded by caricatures by Walter Francis Brown. There is foxing throughout & the front edges of the front endpaper & flyleaf are slightly chipped. Good.

Among the contents of this issue are an article on Carlegle [pp. 5-13] by Marcel Belvianes and an address on the "Dessinateur et Peintre Humoriste" [ pp. 15-23] by Joseph Hemard. The text is in French.
