Spiral-bound softcover, bound in printed tan wraps titled in burgundy with copper spiral binding along the spine.There are some minor creases to the left corners of the covers and the top edge of the front cover is slightly faded. 19 pages in all. The work consist of 12 full-pages, 11 of which are illustrated with superb full-page fashion photographs with color advertising on the verso. Interleaved between the full pages are 7 half sheets printed on heavy color stock with text on one side of each leaf. Very good.

A beautifully produced paper sample book superbly printed on Domtar paper with text and illustrations reprinted from "Mademoiselle - 'The New Femininity'" which was originally published in 1993.

Includes full-page illustrations of photographs by Dewey Nicks, Walter Chin, and Robert Erdmann reproduced on a colored background. The text is by Mademoiselle's editor-in-chief Elizabeth Crow.

- A cream-colored sheet of fine paper is folded once to form 4 sides, each 7-5/8 inches high by 6 inches wide. A title page is printed in black on the first side and a 1-page announcement on the 3rd side. Fine. The card announces that Robert Grabhorn, partner with Andrew Hoyem in the Grabhorn-Hoyem press has died and that Hoyem will continue the press under his own name. "The enclosed brochure [not present] announces the last book of Mr. Grabhorn's typographical involvement". This prospectus would have been for "Mottetti: The Motets of Eugenio Montale". Andrew Hoyem [b. 1935] is a typographer, letterpress printer, publisher, poet and preservationist. Born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, he graduated from Pomona College and served in he U.S. Navy. In 1961 he became partner with Dave Haselwood in The Auerhahn Press, a small literary press that published Beat Generation writers. In 1966 he formed Grabhorn-Hoyem in partnership with Robert Grabhorn, the surviving proprietor of the Grabhorn Press, which he established with his brother Edwin in 1920. After Grabhorn's death Hoyem re-established the company as the Arion Press, taking its name from the legendary Greek poet who was saved by a dolphin. Since 1975 he has published more than 80 limited edition books under the Arion imprint, including "Moby Dick", "Ulysses" and a folio Bible.
