Philadelphia: T. and J. W. Johnson, 1846.. 1846.. Very good. - Octavo, contemporary tan calf with gilt-lettered leather labels on the spine. The leather is a bit scuffed. The spine & extremities are darkened & the joints are rubbed. The leather of the spine is dried out & cracking & there are remnants of a paper label near the tail. There is occasional foxing & staining, especially to the prelims & rear blanks, with a very few markings & notations in the text. Very good.
