Distributed by the Associated Press News Photo with their stamp on the verso. There is a tiny piece of the image near the prince's hand which is rubbed away. Very good.

"PRINCE CHARLES IS THREE / Britain's Royal grandson, Prince Charles, wears neat bow tie with his natty romper suit in this picture made for his third birthday which he observes, Nov. 14. Only one thing is missing -- his royal parents, the Duke of Edinburgh and Princess Elizabeth, could not return from their tour in time for the observance.
