The New Monte Rosa Hut SAC built at a height of 2883 metres near Zermatt, Switzerland is one of fifty projects for ETH Zurich's 150th anniversary. The sustainable building, with integrated solutions for energy and water balance, waa developed by the ETH Studio Monte Rosa at the Faculty of Architecture in an interdisciplinary collaboration with numerous professionals.
