- Large octavo, softcover bound in printed gray wraps. The spine is darkened. There is a light crease to the front wrap. The rear wrap is lightly bumped with some light creasing & with a short tear to its front edge. [ii] & pages [469]-612. Black-and-white illustrations with a large folding color map in a pocket at the rear. There is some light foxing to the last page. Very good.
