- Quarto, 9-1/4 inches high by 7 inches wide. Hardcover bound in green cloth, titled in black on the spine with a full-page color illustration mounted on the front cover. The covers are slightly rubbed. The corners, edges and head and tail of the spine are bumped. There is staining to the back cover. 296 pages, illustrated with pictorial endpapers, textual illustrations, 9 full-page black & white illustrations and 12 color plates by John R. Neill. The text block is just starting to crack at page 173. Good. The 1928 reprint of the book which was originally published in 1910. Although the date is not listed, nineteen titles are listed in the list entitled "The Oz Books" including "The Hungry Tiger of Oz" which was first published in 1928.

- Quarto, 9-1/4 inches high by 7 inches wide. Hardcover bound in brown cloth, titled in black on the spine with a full-page color illustration mounted on the front cover. The covers are rubbed and the corners and head and tail of the spine are bumped. The rear cover is quite stained. 272 pages, illustrated with pictorial endpapers, textual illustrations, 33 full-page black & white illustrations and 12 color plates by John R. Neill. The frontispiece is loose with the edges chipped & roughed. The corner of the color plate opposite page 145 is creased and there is some rippling, possibly due to humidity, to the color plates opposite pages 224 and 241. Good.
