- Octavo, 8-1/4 inches high by 5-3/4 inches wide. A facsimile of the original 32-page 1937 exhibition guide "Entarte 'Art'" bound in pictorial wraps together with a 32-page English translation of the text bound in printed white wraps. The two volumes are housed in a stiff light gray heavy paper chemise titled in red on the front. The facsimile volume is profusely illustrated throughout. The chemise is slightly faded along the edges and there is some minor occasional foxing. Else, near fine. A superb facsimile of the catalog for the 1937 Berlin exhibition collected by the Nazi-era National Chamber of Propaganda, Bureau of Culture, which was first published by the Verlag fur Kultur- und Wirtschaftswerbung. The facsimile is housed together with a translation of the text by William C. Bunce, chief of the University of Wisconsin's Kohler Art Library at the Elvehjem Art Center.
