The binding is lightly rubbed; the covers are bumped with an area of very light staining to the rear cover. xiv & 281 pp. & 6-page publisher's catalog. Illustrated in B&W with frontispiece with tissue guard, 5 plates & head-pieces by Sydney Richmond Burleigh. There are small stains to 1 text page & soiling to another; the verso of the frontispiece is slightly soiled. Very good. First edition.
