- Octavo, printed tan wraps. There is vertical crease to the front wrap & its bottom corner is lightly creased & chipped. iv & 135 pages. Illlustrated in black & white with 4 folding maps on 3 tipped-in leaves & with a frontispiece & photographic illustrations in the text. There is a light vertical crease to each of the first 6 leaves & there is an owner's name & date on the verso of the front endpaper, else the contents are very good.
