A WONDERFUL HANDBILL ADVERTISING A PERFORMANCE BY THE 19TH CENTURY STAGE MAGICIAN PROF. DE LA MANO - A 9-1/2 inch high by 6-1/8 inch wide broadsheet printed on light blue paper with 2 columns of text printed under the banner headline. A pictorial illustrated border on the verso depicts the magician performing a series of tricks with the addistance of devils. The border, on this unused handbill, was meant to frame the name of the site and dates of the performances (not here filled in). There is a minor crease to the bottom left corner, else near fine. Among the tricks advertised are: The Enchanted Wedding Rings, Mene, Tekel, Uparsin. / Mind Reading and the Blood-Red Writing on the Arm. / Enchanted Cross / Mahomet's Cane / Apparition Rings / Pyramids of Egypt / An Egg-straordinary Product / Multum in Parvo. / Ah Sin's Laundry / Second Sight Wonders / The Enchanted Candle / Ink vs. Water.
