- Octavo, softcover bound in pictorial cream & tan wrappers. The wraps are soiled & lightly bumped with several stains to the rear cover and a gift inscription penciled on the top edge of the front wrap. 26 pages plus colophon. Illustrated with 2 black-and-white plates. The page corners are lightly bumped, else the contents are very good.

This booklet was designed by Joseph Blumenthal and printed at the Spiral Press, N.Y. A leaflet listing Curtis Paper Company merchants is laid in.

- Octavo, softcover bound in pictorial cream wrappers. The wraps are slightly bumped with some very light soiling to the rear wrap. 28 pages plus colophon. Cover illustration in gray & brown & vignette woodcuts in brown & cream by Fritz Kredel. The top page corners are lightly bumped. Very good.

Swedes and Finns sailed two boats up the Delaware River in March 1638. New Sweden existed on the Delaware, and in parts of present-day Pennsylvania and New Jersey, for seventeen years--despite the fact that the English and Dutch had prior claims to the territory.
