- Small quarto [7 inches high by 5 inches wide], softcover bound in printed cwhite wraps with raised decorative patterning on the front wrap, sewn with white thread. The wraps are a bit darkened & lightly bumped with a light crease to the bottom corner of the front wrap. [28] pages. The contents are very good. Mossant & Vallon produced fine felt hats in the 1930s. The two stories in this book, "Life in Bohemia" and "The Passage of the Red Sea" are taken from the author's "Scenes de la Vie de Boheme", which was the basis for Puccini's "La Boheme".
