Laid in is an Autograph Note Signed (tear to top edge of letterhead) from the author to Dick Higgins: "It was great meeting you at last year's Book Fair. I thought you might like to read the enclosed."

- Small narrow quarto [11 inches high by 4-1/4 inches wide], softcover bound in pictorial black-and-white wraps. The front wrap is lightly soiled. Pictorial title & [3] pages. Very good. In a publisher's note, Ken DiMaggio recounts that this poem was destined for inclusion in various books but kept being left out for reasons of space. "This 'unpublishable' curse followed this poem around for more than decade, until now, where it has finally found a home in Pinched Nerves press."
