- Small quarto [8-1/4 inches high by 7-1/4 inches wide], cloth-backed boards in a dust wrapper. There is some staining to the top edges of the boards & the bottom edges are slightly darkened. The dust jacket is lightly soiled with some staining to the front panel. [x], 336 & [3] pages. Black-and-white illustrations from video by Michael Auder. The fore-edge is foxed & there is a remainder mark on the bottom edge, else the contents are very good. First edition. The illustrations are from a "video novel" made by Viva's husband, French filmmaker Michael Auder, of their daughter Alexandra.
