Good. - sc A 10 inch high by 8 inch wide sienna-toned black & white news photograph reproduced in the early 1930's by Cameo Photo Studio, 536 West 145th St. [New York] from an original of the baby's photograph. The photographic studio's name and address are stamped in red on the verso. The photograph is soiled and creased with a couple of red crayon stains. Good.

Photographs of Lindbergh's baby were reproduced and distributed to news media and others throughout the country at the time of the baby's kidnapping in 1932.

The Process--Church of the Final Judgement had brought a libel suit against Dutton because the book suggested a connection between the Process Church and the Manson family. The disclaimer from the public relations firm Daniel J. Edelman, Inc. states that the suit has been withdrawn on condition that any additional copies of the book would omit any reference to the Church and that this disclaimer would be included in all existing, unsold copies of the book.
