The wraps are bumped, chipped & soiled with staining to the top edge of the front wrap & a tear to its front edge. The spine has been repaired with white cloth tape which is chipped & torn. The lower half of the rear wrap is detached. 48 pages. The page corners are bumped. There is staining to the top edges of the first 2 leaves with light staining to the top corners of the pages & to the lower front edges of a few rear leaves. A fair reading copy.

Carter contends that those Americans who do not support the Hungarians in the war between Hungary and the House of Hapsburg are being swayed by unjustified attacks on Hungary by the North American Review and the New York Courier and Enquirer.
