The pages are creased and soiled with a few stains and the edges are slightly frayed. Fair. Although no date is listed, Sheldon, Blakeman & Co. published at their Nassau street address from 1856 to 1859 and the printer Joseph Barton was located at 15 Beaver St. from 1856 to 1858. RARE.
